当前正值新冠肺炎疫情防控关键时期，特殊的日子里，在浙江各地，有一批外国友人选择留在浙江这个“第二故乡”，坚定的与浙江人民同呼吸、共命运。
At this crucial moment of the battle against the novel coronavirus, some foreign friends have chosen to stay in their second hometown - Zhejiang, and share weal and woe with the people here.
他们有的婉拒祖国的撤侨邀请，有的身先士卒甘当防疫志愿者，有的四处奔走帮助募集防控物资、有的慷慨解囊捐款捐物……
Some of them refused to evacuate; some volunteered to work at the frontline; some helped collect medical supplies; and others rushed to make donations in cash and kind.
他们虽然有着不同的肤色，不同的国籍，却同样抱着对这片土地的热爱。
Despite their differences in skin colors and nationalities, their love towards this land is one and the same.

近期，在浙江省委省政府的坚强领导下，全省一手抓防疫、一手抓复工，不但新增确诊病例连续降到个位数，新增出院病例持续增多，各行各业也渐渐复苏、步入正轨。
Currently, under the leadership of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and the Provincial Government, Zhejiang is making relentless efforts on both epidemic prevention and control, and the resumption of business. As a result, the number of new confirmed cases daily has been on a steady decline and dropped to single digit, and the number of new cured cases is rising on a daily basis. All sectors are recovering from the hit of the epidemic and gradually returning to normal.
